One-time build + first-year domain + 12 × monthly hosting + one-time extras + 12 × monthly extras.
Renewal-year total
Annual domain renewal + 12 × monthly hosting renewal + 12 × monthly extras.

For an accepted The Free Website Team standard build, enter zero for the build cost. Enter actual prices from your domain and hosting providers, including renewal rates. If a provider bills annually, divide its annual hosting total by twelve for the monthly field.[scope]
