We build or rebuild websites for selected commercial cleaners—for free. Show the facilities you clean and invite walkthrough requests. Domain and hosting are separate; ongoing services are optional.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

For the work you actually sell.

For an operating janitorial or commercial cleaning firm pursuing office and facility accounts—not a promise to win contracts for a pre-revenue venture. Commercial buyers need scope and process information that a home-cleaning price list does not provide. We keep facility enquiries separate from job applications.

Applications are reviewed weekly. Selection is based on scope and capacity, not a commitment to optional services.

CLEANING FOR WORKPLACES

A clear plan for a well-kept workplace.

Tell us about your premises and the support you need. Start with a walkthrough request.

Help the right customer take the next step.

Name the premises you actually serve

Offices, retail, and managed buildings can have different requirements. Describe your real experience and coverage. Do not claim medical, hazardous-material, or specialist capabilities just to reach more searches.

Explain scope before discussing frequency

Describe included tasks, optional work, access arrangements at a high level, and the process for agreeing a schedule. Publish insurance or screening details only when accurate and approved.

Make a walkthrough request useful

Ask for premises type, general location, approximate size, and desired frequency. Confirm suitability and access privately. A form should not collect alarm codes, keysafe details, or sensitive facility information.

A useful five-page plan.

This is a starting point, not five compulsory pages. We agree on the structure after reviewing your business and any existing website.

Explore labeled concept examples ↗
  1. Home

Your commercial focus, genuine coverage, and a walkthrough-request action.

  2. Cleaning services

Tasks and service frequencies, with clear exclusions and separately agreed extras.

  3. Premises we serve

The building types you genuinely support, with relevant supplied examples.

  4. About & service standards

Verified business details and the way you review and deliver an agreed scope.

  5. Request a walkthrough

A short facility enquiry, plus a separate existing contact route for recruitment if needed.

Qualify the enquiry, not just the click.

Use ‘Request a walkthrough’ when a visit is needed before a proposal. Ask for the facility type and frequency early, not a long procurement questionnaire. A genuine case example can explain the agreed tasks and review process with permission. Measure suitable facility enquiries and proposals, not cleaning job applications or home-cleaning requests.

These are our planning recommendations, not measured client results.

Improve the enquiry-to-response path ↗

Common mistakes to avoid.

  • Using domestic cleaning copy for facility-management buyers.
  • Mixing recruitment applications with new contract enquiries.
  • Claiming credentials, client logos, specialist sanitation results, or insurance that has not been verified.

Keep the free scope clear.

The free website does not include employee scheduling, tender portals, client logins, payroll, contract management, or an instant cleaning-price calculator. We can retain links to existing tools. A site cannot guarantee procurement approval, tender invitations, or recurring contracts.

Plan a rebuild without losing important services ↗

Optional work after launch.

Optional ongoing work could keep service descriptions current, publish approved facility case studies, check form delivery, or improve enquiry routing. The website can support your sales process, but it does not replace references, site visits, proposals, or relationship building.

Optional services

Questions from commercial cleaning firms.

How is this different from your cleaning-company page?

This page focuses on commercial walkthroughs, facility requirements, and procurement conversations. Our general cleaning-company page covers recurring home cleaning, deep cleans, and move-out enquiries. We select a page plan around the work you actually sell.

Can you show clients or facilities we clean?

Only with permission and accurate descriptions. A building photograph or logo must not imply a client relationship you cannot substantiate. The concept on this page is explicitly fictional.

Must I buy your hosting or ongoing services?

No. Choose compatible hosting yourself or with another provider. The free website remains a separate offer; external renewals and any separately agreed optional work remain your responsibility.
