BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

For the work you actually sell.

A useful fit for an operating installer with completed work, permission to publish project photos, and capacity to respond to estimates. Whether you specialize in privacy fencing, replacement decks, or both, we make the distinction clear. A website is not a substitute for an estimate or site assessment.

Applications are reviewed weekly. Selection is based on scope and capacity, not a commitment to optional services.

Help the right customer take the next step.

Make the material choice understandable

Describe the wood, vinyl, metal, or composite work you actually install. Help people compare appearance and upkeep using your approved descriptions—not unsupported lifespan or warranty promises.

Show the job behind each photograph

A short caption can explain a sloped boundary, a replacement deck, or limited access. Show your own work with permission; keep private addresses and neighboring properties out of public project details.

Set expectations before the estimate

Explain whether you start with a call or a site visit, your genuine coverage, and any project types you do not take. A visitor should understand the next step without expecting an instant binding quote.

A useful five-page plan.

This is a starting point, not five compulsory pages. We agree on the structure after reviewing your business and any existing website.

Explore labeled concept examples ↗
  1. Home

Your specialty, actual service area, and one clear estimate request.

  2. Fences & decks

Materials and services you install, repair, or replace; distinguish the options.

  3. Projects

Permissioned photos with material, scope, and your role—not an anonymous photo wall.

  4. About & process

Who does the work, verified credentials, and the steps before an estimate.

  5. Request an estimate

Project type, general location, brief description, and preferred contact details.

Qualify the enquiry, not just the click.

Use ‘Request an estimate’ rather than ‘Book installation.’ Ask whether the job is a new fence, replacement, repair, or deck project. Save property measurements, access arrangements, and documents for follow-up. Review whether enquiries fit your coverage and capacity, not just how many arrive.

These are our planning recommendations, not measured client results.

Improve the enquiry-to-response path ↗

Common mistakes to avoid.

  • Mixing repairs and new installations without saying which jobs you accept.
  • Promising prices or completion dates before checking the site and materials.
  • Using stock photos as proof of your installation work.

Keep the free scope clear.

The free website does not include property measuring, engineering or permitting advice, an instant price calculator, a material visualizer, or a customer project portal. If your existing site has these features, we assess whether to retain or link to them before making changes.

Plan a rebuild without losing important services ↗

Optional work after launch.

Optional work could include adding completed projects, updating material availability, improving service descriptions, and checking estimate-request delivery. Agree on a useful update allowance rather than buying a plan simply to keep the free site.

Understand optional services and costs ↗

Optional services

Questions from fence & deck contractors.

Can you rebuild my current contractor website?

Yes, within the same agreed five-page scope. We review your current URLs, email, form delivery, and any estimating tools before planning a move. Do not cancel the existing host before dependencies are checked.

Can I show both fences and decks?

Yes, if you genuinely offer both. We can group services on one page and label projects clearly. A separate page for every material or neighborhood is not part of the standard five-page build.

Do I have to pay you monthly to keep the site?

No. You can choose compatible hosting and maintain the finished site yourself or with another provider. Third-party domain, hosting, and approved tool costs remain your responsibility.
